. My head is always high
. People don’t trust me and I don’t trust people
. I criticize others a lot
. I fear others will criticize me
. High levels of insecurity leads to high stress levels
. High stress levels lead to more conflicts

Ego is an illusion..... Ego means 'I do' .. ' I love' .. 'I give' .. 'I do' .. and eventually ego makes say .. 'I love and s/he doesn't' ... 'I trust and they don't' ... ego tells you that you are a king and then tells you that all others are in competition with you.. ego deludes almost everyone! an infinite ego would mean to see your ego as everyone else's and hence an end of it! A tiny ego indicates humility and a big ego implies arrogance... to say that 'I do' is a lie first of all.. it will be practically the same thing if a plant says I grew up all by myself.. while you were busy watering it.. since the day it was just a seed!
